Our business is all about people. Interactief Groep is expected to fulfil a particular duty in terms of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Our object as a Human Resource specialist in fully substantiating CSR requirements is to create a good balance between the 3 Ps, People, Planet and Profit.
At Interactief Groep people take central stage. First and foremost, we offer safe and healthy working conditions, excellent employment practices and sheltered employment (CSR). For our employees we have a Social helpdesk which provides support in the field of finance, care, housing and insurance.
Our head office features an efficient heating system, and we keep our energy consumption to an absolute minimum. We also provide sustainable and safe accommodation for our employees, recycle paper, only print what is necessary and use as few colour cartridges as possible.
Each year, catalytic converters in cars are being improved, which means that the emission of detrimental substances is reduced when new cars are used. Our vehicle fleet therefore consists of safe new cars, all of which have an A label, and hybrid vehicles. Our aim is to achieve an optimal and efficient use of our fleet, linked to intelligent logistical planning.
Throughout the years, we have acquired a solid reputation for sharing knowledge through work placements. As a certified work placement organisation, we have welcomed numerous trainees to our company, from which many valued colleagues and thankful students have emerged. We are currently preparing a special work placement project for implementation among clients under the auspices of Interactief Groep. We gladly build bridges between schools and potential employers.
